No doubt I’m a little bias when it comes to the Nissan Cube, but now I have irrefutable scientific proof that dustbins any doubt about whether the Cube’s unique look is appealing to the eye.

In his Wheels.ca article reviewer John LeBlanc lists the Nissan Cube as one of the 10 most beautiful new cars you can buy today.

LeBlanc writes: “Like an Apple iPod, the Cube’s a well-thought-out piece of industrial design made affordable for the masses.

Yet some details – wrap-around window at the rear on the passenger side, and refrigerator-style opening – make the Cube look like nothing else on the road today.”

    1. My wife and I are in the process of purchasing a new Cube to replace our aging mini-van. The dealer is trying to locate a silver one. I figure Silver Chrome is an appropriate color since the goofy thing appears capable of launching huge pieces of toast from it’s roof line.

In ‘08 we bought a new Xb and although it resembles a 1930s ice machine, we just love it. In fact we wanted another one to replace our Voyager, but Xbs are in short supply in my area.

I’m sick and tired of all of the used soap bar looking cars. Then I spied a Cube at a local lot, and we took it for a test drive. I didn’t care for the Bitter Chocolate paint scheme(only Cube on the lot,) but what a fresh spin on the box it is. And being 6′4″ tall really eliminates many cars I’m capable of sitting in and driving comfortably. I can even sit in the back seat! It has more bells and whistles than I need, adequate performance, fuel economy, and at a decent price.

The cube is what it is.
